Each piece is handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Return & Refund:

We take great care in crafting and packaging each product to ensure it reaches you safely. As these are handmade and fragile items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after purchase.

That said, we encourage you to go through all product information carefully—and feel free to contact us if you need help choosing the perfect piece.

Replacement Policy (Only for Damage on Delivery):
We are happy to assist with a free replacement if:
• The product is received in damaged or defective condition due to transit
• You inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is provided as proof
• Replacement of the same item will be shipped within 7–10 days (subject to availability)

Replacement will not apply if:
• Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling or storage
• Minor differences in shape/colour/texture occur — natural in handcrafted glass
• Care instructions were not followed.

Important Note:
For courier deliveries, please unbox carefully and report any issue immediately.
For offline purchases, please inspect the product at the counter before taking it.
