Q2. Is borosilicate glass safe for diyas and puja items?

Yes. It handles heat much better than regular glass, making it safe for oil diyas, samai, and aroma diffusers.

Q3. Can borosilicate glass crack with heat?

No. It is designed to withstand temperature changes and will not crack easily when used properly.

Q4. Why does Satvika Crafts use borosilicate glass?

Because it allows us to create décor that is beautiful, durable, heat-safe, and easy to maintain. It also helps artisans achieve smooth designs and premium finishing.

Q5. Is borosilicate glass easy to clean?

Yes. It is non-porous and smooth, allowing oil and fragrance residue to wash off easily with mild soap and water.

Q6. Is it eco-friendly and non-toxic?

Yes. Borosilicate glass is completely safe and chemical-free.

Q1. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every diya, diffuser, bell, and décor piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Q2. Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Yes, but slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship. These variations make each piece unique.

Q3. Are your glass diyas safe to use with oil?

Yes. They are heat-resistant and suitable for ghee/oil use.

Q4. Are aroma diffusers safe for essential oils?

Yes. They are designed for fragrance oils and essential oils. Also Camphor can be used for fragrance.

Q1. How do I clean glass diyas and diffusers?

Use mild dish soap with warm water. For oil residue, soak for 5–10 minutes and wash gently.

Q2. Can I use harsh scrubbers?

No. Use a soft sponge to avoid scratches.

Q3. What to do if soot marks appear?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth or mild soap. Borosilicate glass does not absorb stains.

Q4. Is it dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing for handmade products.


🔶 4. Shipping, Packaging & Breakage Safety

Q1. Is your packaging safe for fragile items?

Yes. All products are packed with thick thermocol protection to ensure zero breakage during transit.

Q2. What if the product arrives damaged?

We offer a replacement for items damaged during delivery. Simply share an unboxing video within 24 hours.

Q3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping across India.

Q4. How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive in 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Q5. Do you ship outside India?

Not at the moment.

Q1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders.

Q2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

Q3. Do you accept returns?

We offer replacement only for damaged items during shipping. Because our products are handmade and fragile, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed..

Q4. What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Wallets, and COD.


🔶 6. Gifting & Customization

Q1. Do you offer gift packaging?

Our products come in strong and secure protective packaging to ensure zero breakage, but we do not offer separate gift wrapping at the moment. Customers who wish to gift our products usually wrap them after receiving the order.

Q2. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we can take up limited customization requests, depending on the product and design. Since customization requires discussion with our artisans, we handle it offline only.
